Membership in the Water Supply Association of BC is on a utility basis and the fee is charged according to the number of connections served. Improvement District, Regional District and Municipal members of the Association enjoy voting privileges at the Annual General Meeting and elected officials and employees qualify to run for the Board of Directors.
